She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony "Tony" DeCosmo; her parents, William Reilly and Margaret Reilly; and her siblings, Bill and Cecilia.
She is survived by: her children, John DeCosmo, Joseph DeCosmo (Stacey), Maria Weddige (David) and Anthony DeCosmo (Dawn); her grandchildren, Louis DeCosmo (Kelley), Michael DeCosmo (Jordan), Sam DeCosmo and Drs; her great grandchildren, Max, Miles DeCosmo, Brooks and Shea Weddige; and her sister Margaret Reilly Fialkowsky. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
