He is survived by: his close friend Pat Malone; his son Mark; his wife Melissa Botwinick; his son Markus Botwinick; his daughter-in-law Kathleen Botwinick; his son Jeffrey Botwinick; his children-in-law, Stacy, Seth Pascarella, Angela, Dale Roberts, Stephen and Teighlor Miller; his granddaughters, Josalyn, Tina and Ryleigh; his great grandchild Kason; and his nieces, Melissa and Michelle. He is also survived by friends, former co-workers.
