He is survived by: his wife Gena Sumrall Rigol; his children, Cherie Toffoli (Neal), Raquel Bertaut and John Rigol, III (Christine); his grandchildren, Chris Baldwin (Shirin), John Bertaut (Ricky), Nancy Dufour (Brent), Joe Rigol, Katy Rigol, Aubrey Passariello (Stephen) and Austin Toffoli; and his great grandchildren, Ali, Emma Baldwin, Kendall, Charlie, Brayden and Delilah Dufour.
