He is survived by: his wife Debra Faucher; his children, Jeffery Brandon Cook (Nikki) and Jessica Cook-Espreo (Ricky); and his siblings, James Brian Cook (Victoria) and Joy Brenda McFarland. He is also survived by his five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
