He was predeceased by: his daughter Dawn Witt. He is survived by: his wife Cecelia; his daughter Deborah Bouffard; and his grandchildren, Adam Bouffard (Melissa), Christina Forget (Brent) and Kevin Bouffard (Jamie). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
