She is survived by: her children, David Lustenberger (Kellie) and Susan Termini (Lou); her grandsons, Kade, Harper, Max Lustenberger, Jack Jarke and Brandon Termini; her friends, Deborah Clark, MD of Samantha Lindsay, MD, Vipul and Jenn Reshamwala; and her close friend Adele Glynn. She is also survived by her family, friends.
