He is survived by: his wife Betty Wipert (O'Neal); his children, Cheryl Grey (Frank), Randy Wipert (Natalie) and Richard Wipert (Naomi); and his daughter-in-law Karen Wipert. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
