With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Delbert Junior Bowmar of New Port Richey, Florida, born in Tunnelton, West Virginia, who passed away on October 28, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Marven "Joe" Allen and Letha Lavara Bowmar (Rosier). He is survived by: his children, Kelly Dawn Wolfe (Rick) and Delbert Allen Bowmar (Crystal); his grandchildren, Ben Shaffer, Linda, Kerrilyn Wolfe, Cody Wolfe and Jesse Bowmar; his great grandchild Sidney Shaffer; and his siblings, Betty Luola Kimmins (Calvin) of Dallas, WV, Lester Allen Bowmar, Blake Wilbur Bowmar and Lorin Russell Bowmar. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many close friends.
