He is survived by: his grandson Baby Powell; his siblings, Dale Powell (Diana Southern Powell) and Karen Powell Waldrop (Edward Waldrop); his niece Lydia Jane of Columbus, OH; his aunts, Jean Powell Young of Columbus, OH and Mary Margaret Beck Hunt of Hudson, FL; his uncle John E. Beck, Jr.; his fiancée Celeste Bowen Wines; and his cousin Beck.
