He was predeceased by: his father Carl. He is survived by: his wife Judy Donaldson (Kotvan) of New Port Richey; his sons, Gregory Donaldson (Paula) of Wesley Chapel, Steven Donaldson of Wesley Chapel and Jeffrey Donaldson (Melissa) of Wesley Chapel; his stepdaughter Misti Konsavage (Christian) of Columbia; and his pet Ernie. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to The Chapel Community Church, 8333 Mitchell Blvd. Trinity, Florida 34655.
