She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Smith, and Mabelle Smith, Sr. (Pabst); her significant other Walter "Wally" Ptack; her son Michael Biddle; her grandson Shawn Robert "Bobby" Lowry; her great grandchild Remington Peterson; her stepmother Victoria Smith; and her siblings, Harold Smith, Jr., Signe June Jett, Carolyn McBride and William Smith, Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Edward Lowry (Jackie), Rick Boyd (Laurie), Jeanette Palmer, Jacqueline Peterson (Keith) and Alysanna "Annie" Mercer (John). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, 1 great great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Living Word Church (5151 Rowan Rd, New Port Richey, FL 34653). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
