She was predeceased by: her son Alex Mercer. She is survived by: her husband John B. Holden; her daughter Kate McCarron; and her stepchildren, Patricia Devine, Roseanne Holden, John Holden and Brendan Holden. She is also survived by many grandchildren; as well as two great-grandchildren.
