He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Westerman and Katharine Baumgardner Westerman; and his daughter Brandy Westerman. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Westerman of Neptune Beach, FL; his children, Ty Westerman of Atlantic Beach, FL, Shannon Westerman of Ashburn, VA and Shane Westerman of Jacksonville, FL; his brothers, Charles Westerman (Ann) of Vienna, VA and Richard Westerman of Mexico; his grandchildren, Devon, Ailee, Riley, Corynn, Kaylin, Logan and Liv; and his pet Kobe. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
