He was predeceased by: his father John Ocellar Barineau; his wife Virginia Barineau; his son Robert Barineau (Tonya Jones); and his siblings, Enos Barineau, Vernie Butts, Lea Phelps and Linda Tully.
He is survived by: his former wife JoAnn Lokey; his close friend Virginia; his children, Jeff Barineau (Cathi) of Tallahassee, FL, Rhonda Taylor of Tallahassee, FL and Kimberly Bliss of Sacramento, CA; his sisters, Ruth Glardon of Jacksonville, FL and Doris Clark of Tallahassee, FL; his sister-in-law Frances Barineau; and his grandchildren, Justin Barineau, Heather Del Vecchio (Ryan), Gabriel Bartkoski, Ava Bartkoski, Colt Bliss, Joshua Jones (Rebekah) and Alexander Jones.
