He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Florence McNeill and Arlin R. Lewis; his spouse Perry; his children, Rick Lewis (Terri), Jenny Mopper (Jon), Suzie Blue and Marty Bisplinghoff (Bob); his grandchildren, Rebekah, Amanda, Ashley, Nick and Alicia; his great grandchildren, Darby and Luke; his grandson Jason Blue; and his son-in-law Jim Blue (Perry Moore Lewis).
