He was predeceased by: his parents, John Collins and Elva Collins; and his brother John Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Jean Kamp; his daughters, Victoria Lynn (Vicki) and Vicki (Pinsky); his son-in-law Alex; his niece Venita Foos; and his cousins, Hilda Millard and Kathy Turner. He is also survived by many family members; and many great friends.
