He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Hatem and Muazzi Hatem. He is survived by: his wife Asmaa; his sons, Alexander, Christopher and Nicolas; and his siblings, Louis (Nour), Fouad (Samera), Antoinette (Ibraham), Samira (Elias), Issa (Khouloud), Rima (Toufic) and Louisa (Abraham).
