She was predeceased by: her parents, J. B. Garrison and Gwendolyn Mabry Garrison; and her siblings, Hazel Gamble, Marvin Garrison and Ricky Garrison.
She is survived by: her children, Melanie Lynne Prater-Cooke (Jason Cooke) of Miami, FL, Linda Sue Prater-Rubino (Lou Rubino) of Blue Ridge, GA, Michael Lee Prater (Camille) of Miami, FL and Deborah Kay Prater-Everett (Scott Everett) of Miami, FL; her grandchildren, Joshua Prater, Brandon Prater, Brittany Prater and Landon Cooke; her great grandchildren, Brianna Prater and Brandon Prater, Jr.; and her siblings, Dorothy Bivens of Friendship, TN, Donnie Sue Seratt of Dyersburg, TN, Linda Lou Harrison of Dyersburg, TN and Melissa Gale Bargery of Dyersburg, TN. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
