He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellison Messmore and Margaret Messmore. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his daughters, Lauren (David) and Beth; his grandchildren, Hugh Thomas, Margaret and Winston; his son Benjamin (Teresa); his grandchildren, John and Clare; and his son William (Sarah). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
