He is survived by: his wife Susan Wiersma; his children, Julia (Shane), Andrew (Sam) and Michael (Stacy); his siblings, Pieter (Anne), Art (Mary), Christina (Albert), Bill (Wendy), Maynard (Elena), Nancy (Ted), Doug (Lori) and Rob (Rhonda); and his grandchildren, Logan and Kaley.
