He is survived by: his wife Ritsuko Nagata Norris; his son Richard Allen "Rick" Norris (Vickie) of Orlando, FL; and his sisters, Helen Anderson Johnson (Brian) of Cleveland, TN, Dr. Julie Stanley-Mack (Billy Gene) of Cobbtown, GA and Gloria Adams (Stan) of Thunderbolt, GA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
