He was predeceased by: his parents, John LaForte and Florence LaForte. He is survived by: his wife Joan; his daughters, Kathy LaForte Oliva and Donna LaForte; his grandchildren, Michael Oliva, Connor Beaton and Shannon Beaton; and his son-in-law Michael Oliva.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fuller Funeral Home-Pine (1625 Pine Ridge Rd, Naples, FL 34109). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
