He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Stevenson Dragan; his parents, Peter Dragan and Paraskeva Dragan Sr. (Popochak); and his sister Mildred Harko (Nicholas). He is survived by: his daughter Fleur Dragan (Scott Singer); and also, Ellen (Dan Coleman) and Oliver.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Adzima Funeral Home (50 Paradise Green Pl, Stratford, CT 06614). A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 11:45 AM at the St. John's Cemetery (2610 Nichols Ave, Stratford, CT 06614).
