She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold M. MacDonald and Taverna E. MacDonald (Moar); her daughter Tara Taylor; and her brothers, Lynn MacDonald and James MacDonald.
She is survived by: her husband James A. Patterson; and her children, Kathleen Hughes of Toronto, Ontario, James Patterson (Karyn) of Farmington, MI, Michele Rose of Labelle, FL and Daniel Patterson (Amy) of Towson, MD.. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
