Olga Helen Troiano Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Olga Helen Troiano of Naples, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 27, 2025 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Col. Lawrence V. Troiano; her parents, Nikolai Startseff and Zinaida Startseff (Pourgina); her children, Mary Ann Hanlon (Art), Steve Troiano (Kathy), Paula Souler (Rick), Carmen Cavanaugh (Steve), Nick Troiano (Sonia), Larry Troiano (Debbie), Dan Troiano and Chris Troiano (Ruby); and her grandchildren, Nina Hanlon, Genie Hanlon (Jesse Paone), Kristen Hauk (JT), Lisa Stokes (Clint), Stephen Troiano, Lauren Taylor (Tom), Dana Duffy (Sean), Chris Cavanaugh (Carrie Ann Clark), Stephanie Jaquith (Tim), Christopher Troiano, Alex Jacklin (Travis), Nick Troiano, Emily Hickey (Mike), Lydia Troiano (Corey Fish), Hilary Tomazzolli (Anthony), Mark Troiano (Crystalyn), Rence Troiano, Danielle Troiano, Sean Troiano and Ryan Troiano (Ryan Cully).
A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Holy Dormition Orthodox Church (71 Manville Hill Rd, Cumberland, RI 02864). A burial was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at the Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery (301 S County Trail, Exeter, RI 02822).
