She is survived by: her husband Dennis H. Kurtz; her children, Brian Kurtz (Carla) of Bonita Springs, FL, Julie Hall of Naples, FL and Brandon Kurtz (Erin Willis) of Naples, FL.; her grandchildren, Kevin Chadwyn Kurtz, Andrew Evan Kurtz, Maribeth Brooke Green, Taran Lane Kurtz, Owen John Kurtz, Mikaela Najat Mockler and Cameron Cecil Hall; and her brother Bryant Raleigh (Becky) of Des Moines, IA.. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
