He is survived by: his wife Carole Anne Devlin Lee; his children, David Christopher Lee and Deborah Anne Nelson (Lee); his grandchildren, Michael, Cory, Skylar, Trinity Lee, Mary, Jordan and Kaitlin Forrest; and his siblings, Frances Guthrie (Lee), Kathy Lee, Mary Lee, Joe Lee, Jane Lee and Judy Klopstad (Lee).
