She was predeceased by: her parents, Timothy Cole Sr. and Maudie Meadows; her grandfather Harvey Greene; her husband Joel; her half-brother Timothy Cole, Jr. (Skippy); and her stepbrother William Greene (Betty).

She is survived by: her stepfather Harvey Greene; her children, Joel Cox (Colleen) and Jennifer Cox; her grandchildren, Jordan Cox (Rachel), Nathan Cox (Lauren) and Stephanie Maskolunas (Ethan); her great grandchildren, Miss Ana Rae Cox, Beau Cox, McCoy and Boone Maskolunas; her half-sisters, Carol Gullatt (Wayne) and Angela Cole; her siblings-in-law, James Cox (Janet) and Carol Almand; and her aunt JoAnne Greene Jones (Aunt Jo). She is also survived by her family and many friends.
