He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen; his children, Paul Fleming of Needham and Katie McGinn of Marietta, GA.; his grandchildren, Connor, Brendan, Riley, Stevie Fleming of Needham, Nolan and Ellery McGinn of Marietta; and his sister Terri Mullaney.
