He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jack Souder and Sara Souder; his wife Helen E.; his children, James E. Souder, Jr. (Patricia Callinan) of Cape May, Susan Fox (James) of Ashburn, Virginia, Carolyn MacDonald (James Andrew, Jr.) of Manahawkin, Christopher Souder and Steven Souder of Naples; and his grandchildren, Madison, Sydney Fox, James Andrew III and Tyler MacDonald.
