He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Joiner and James Joiner of Homestead, FL. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Julie Christian and Steve Joiner; and his sister Judy Santucci.

Memorial donations in lieu of flowers can be sent to the Turner Syndrome Society of the United States.
