He was predeceased by: his daughter Kelly McMahon. He is survived by: his wife Della Baker; his daughter Rebecca Catino (Donald); his grandchildren, Jesse Catino (Tara), Benjamin Catino (Megan), Anthony Deguero and Ashley McMahon; and his great grandchildren, Madeline, Ellie, Luke and Owen.

Jack was an avid bicycle rider, taking part in several charity rides in Denver.
