It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene G. Benfatti (Naples, Florida), who passed away on March 30, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the sacred silence of farewell, Irene is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Irene's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Vincent; her daughter Tania; and her granddaughters, Marina and Sofia.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Paul Antiochian Orthodox Church (2425 Rivers Rd, Naples, FL 34120). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. An entombment was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 1:15 PM at the Palm Royale Cemetery (6780 Vanderbilt Beach Rd, Naples, FL 34119).
