She was predeceased by: her parents, Okey Tippens and Mildred Tippens; her son Michael Pedersen; and her siblings, Violet Emerson, Lena Mae Phillips, Helen Tippens, William Tippens, James Tippens and Okey "Mack" Tippens.
She is survived by: her husband David Hubbert; her children, Sharon Schappacher, Stephanie Evans and Craig Dotson; and her sister Isa Francis. She is also survived by many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Women's Resource Center of Northern Michigan in Donna's memory.
