He is survived by: his wife Ann Campbell (Mahoney); and his children, Marilyn Campbell Scullin, Bonita Springs, David Campbell Gloucester (Carole) and Lauren Wilkins of Bonita Springs, FL. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
