He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Heine. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Acebo (Saqui) of Sarasota, Doreen Heine of Sarasota, William E. Heine Jr. of Orlando and Amber Elliott (Mike) of Bradenton; his brother George F. Heine (Linda) of Winter Haven; and his grandchildren, Ron Daly IV, Michael Ferroni (Abbigail), Ryan Heine, Megan Campbell and Shannon Heine.
