He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyrus Manning and Betty Manning. He is survived by: his wife Alicia Bryan Manning; his children, Michael Manning (Rachel) and Melissa Graham (Eric); his grandchildren, Emily, Matthew Manning, Mikayla, Sophie, Kolya, Yuri, Conner, Viktor, Pavels, Nastya, Vitalii (Tamale), Tanya, Liza, Vanya (George), Marina, Dima, Sasha, Alex, Sergei, Andre, Vika, Brandon and Deanna; and his siblings, Ronald Manning, Ray Manning, Gary Manning (Cathy), Bobby Manning (Lorrie), Linda Ness (Don), Sharon Parks (Gary) and Debbie Burrows (Billy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors.

In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to Tidewell Hospice of Manatee County.
