Lockard, Jr. (Rachel); his stepmother Cynthia Lock; his sisters, Darlene Robbins and Nina Lockard; and his aunts, Shirley Rucks, Judy Lockard and Joyce Hogeland. He is also survived by four grandchildren, four great grandchildren.
