He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles B. Rouse and Ruby Rouse (Anderson); and his daughter Tania Green. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Rose; his children, Ricky Rouse, Stephen Rouse and Stephanie Bostick; and his brother Ronnie Rouse. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, one great grandchild.
