He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard P. Carmichael and Evelyn Carmichael (Brown); and his siblings, Gail Bowden, Paula Parker and Richard Carmichael of Steinhatchee, FL..
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Carmichael of Carmichael's Paint; his children, Brenda Baumgardner (Sam), Scott Brady and Lamar Eugene Carmichael Jr. (Mark); his grandchildren, Joshua Keen (Lori), Jacob Brannan, Leah Brannan and Trinady Carmichael (Kenny); and his great grandchildren, Lucas Brannan and Violet Carmichael. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
