He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Glen Phillips and Shirley Phillips (Wasden); his son Adam Phillips; his brother Wayne Wasden; his wife Barbara Phillips; his children, Carl Underwood, Chad Phillips, Shawn Phillips, Beverly Tillmannshofer and Cindy Peach; his great grandchild Mother Shirley Phillips; and his siblings, Eddie Phillips, Renee Hunter, Sandy Amandon and Debbie Adams. He was also cherished by 17 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family to help out with final expenses.
