She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thomas Miller and Pearl Miller; her husband Hershel Dowdy; her children, Shirley Dixon, Martha Tice (Kenny), Julie Jarrard (Ronald), Theresa Harvey, Jimmy Dowdy (Roberta), Donnie Dowdy (Janine) and Clint Dowdy (Diana); and her brother Jerry Miller (Carma). She was also cherished by 21 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
