He was predeceased by: his wife Janice. He is survived by: his children, Jack "Tinky" Parrish Jr. (Tina), April Nelson (Dennis), Tonya Moses (Kenneth) and Bridgett Bulman (Brett); and his brother Bobby Parrish (Dottie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the ministries of Willow Oak Baptist Church where Jack was a beloved member and friend to many.
