He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Horace and Stela Riggs, Jr. (Shepardson); his children, Dennis, Tracy Riggs and Lisa Riggs; and his sister Mary Riggs Dorr. He was also cherished by three granddaughters and six great grandchildren.
