She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. Willis and Myrtle Willis (Jones); and her husband Marty Whidden. She is survived by: her caregiver Jerrye North; and her friend Betty Jo Chaoui. She is also survived by nieces and two nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations can be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital; 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tn 38105-9959 in memory of Grace.
