He was predeceased by: his parents, Burl Headley and Fern Headley; and his daughter Kim Fields. He is survived by: his wife Patty Headley; his brothers, Steve Headley (Carol) and Phil Headley (Libby); his sons, Scott Headley (Shari) and Paul Headley (Angie); his stepchildren, Stacie Tollett (Chris), Christie Schwichtenberg and Stephanie Schwichtenberg; and his grandchildren, Nathan Montgomery, Sarah Montgomery, Joshua Headley, Cole Headley, Josie Headley, Brayden Tollett, Oliver Schwichtenberg, Justin Fields Jr. and Madalyn Fields. He is also survived by 3 Great-grandchildren.
In remembrance of Gary's life, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to Compassionate Care Hospice.
