He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin D. Eason and Minnie Eason (Powers). He is survived by: his wife Betty Eason; his children, Scott, Kregg Eason and Kayla Lane; and his siblings, James Eason and Layne Byrd. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
