He is survived by: his wife Diana; his children, Nathan (Vanessa), Nikki (Isaac) and Lindsey (Donny); and his stepchildren, Jeremy (Karen), Holly (Jason), Jenna (Chris) and Michelle (JT). He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
