He is survived by: his parents, Kevin Lively and Cristina Lively (Dimter); his stepfather Justin Lively; his siblings, Breanna Gaddy (Jason), William Lively, Nickolas Hondros, Chloe and Corbin Lively; his grandparents, Nanci, Joseph Dimter, Cheri Lively and Lorraine Koch; and his pets, Kane, Tracker, Gunner and Maverick. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and beloved friends.
