He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin C. Allums and Ira K. Allums (Barnes). He is survived by: his wife Glenda "Sue" Allums; his children, Kevin Allums (Suzann), Doug Morris (Jessica) and Stacy DuPree (Anthony); his grandchildren, Rebecca, Dillon, Kristin, Kurt, Kayla and Kindall; and his siblings, Carolyn Riley, Terry Allums (Kristie), Larry Allums and Steve Allums (Brenda).
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Memory of "Billy", P.O. Box 96011, Washington, DC 20090-6011.
